Where the parties agree in writing, or where required by applicable law, disputes may instead be resolved through arbitration seated in Bhubaneswar, conducted in English, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended from time to time) by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement of the parties.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the documents referenced in them, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hexmon concerning use of the Website.

Priority. Separate signed agreements between you and Hexmon take priority over these Terms to the extent of any inconsistency in respect of the subject matter of those agreements.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

No waiver. A failure or delay by Hexmon in enforcing any provision does not waive its right to do so later.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without Hexmon’s prior written consent. Hexmon may assign these Terms in connection with a corporate reorganisation, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Headings. Section headings are provided for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

Interpretation. Words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa. Examples introduced by “including” are illustrative, not exhaustive.
